• Our hosting provider — the website is hosted in the UK/EU; the host processes form submissions purely as a data processor under our instructions.
• Email infrastructure — we use the mailbox attached to safecut.co.uk to receive enquiries.
• Authorities — only if we are legally required to (for example, by court order).

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and any related correspondence for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry, plus a period afterwards for our records. Typically:

• General enquiries — up to 12 months from the last contact.
• Order-related correspondence — up to 6 years, to comply with UK tax and accounting law.
• Spam & abusive submissions — deleted on sight.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will (unless we are legally required to keep it).
